Description of Services: Program is offered in-person. Exercise and education program for people living with COPD. Pulmonary rehabilitation is highly advised by the Lung Association and the medical community to help improve COPD symptoms and restore strength. Program is offered year-round at the Chatham-Kent Community Health Centre
