Description of Services: This program is designed to assist caregivers in developing effective coping strategies and improving self-care. Participants are taught to create weekly action plans to reduce feelings of powerlessness and seek solutions in their caregiving roles. The workshop is led by a healthcare professional and a peer volunteer who have undergone training in caregiving.
