Mental Health Diabetes Outreach Clinic - Nutritional counselling for people living with diabetes from a registered dietitian and mental health nurse practitioner * offers group educational sessions serving people with mental illness by offering social support and education (Chatham-Kent Mental Health Network Building * last Monday of the month) |
